1) Overview

Welcome to ATTIHVERSE! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Attihverse Apparel LLC (“ATTIHVERSE”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Access & Accounts

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3) Products & Content

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but device screens can affect appearance. We do not guarantee that product quality or appearance will meet your expectations.

Product details may change at any time without notice. We may limit or discontinue products at our discretion.

4) Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Orders are accepted once payment processes and we send a confirmation.

Orders may not be changed or canceled once they begin production.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal use, not resale.

Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

We partner with Printful to manufacture and ship products. Fulfillment begins shortly after ordering and may not be modified once started.

Processing Times

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

5) Prices, Promotions & Billing

Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.

Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and customs fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and payment information and to promptly update your email address and payment details.

Fraud Prevention

We may cancel and refund any order flagged as suspicious.

6) Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

7) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and designs on the Services belong to ATTIHVERSE or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8) Optional Tools & New Features

Third-party tools may be made available to you. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

Future features will also be subject to these Terms.

9) Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

10) Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with ATTIHVERSE. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions you make with us.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some data may also be governed by Shopify’s privacy policies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these policies.

12) Feedback & Reviews

If you submit Feedback (reviews, ideas, suggestions, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish that Feedback for any purpose.

You represent that you own or have rights to the Feedback you submit.

Information on the Services may contain errors (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, availability). We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

14) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, impersonation, data scraping, uploading malware, or violating intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the termination date.

Except as expressly stated by ATTIHVERSE, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATTIHVERSE and Shopify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for products in the 12 months prior to the claim.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATTIHVERSE, Shopify, and our affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

19) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.

20) Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.

22) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in Austin, Texas.
