All items are printed and fulfilled through our production partner to ensure consistent quality and fast delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made on demand, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements for:

• Damaged items

• Misprints

• Incorrect orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

No wahala — we’ll take care of it 💚

Email us at hello@attihverse.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we’ll send a free replacement.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement isn’t possible.

Do you offer international returns?

No — because items are produced on demand and cannot be restocked, we do not accept returns from any country.

Replacements for damaged/incorrect items are still available.

Sizing

How do your tees and hoodies fit?

Our apparel is true to size with a comfortable, everyday fit.
Prefer a more relaxed look? Consider sizing up.

Do you offer extended sizes?

Yes — many items go up to 3XL or 5XL, depending on the style.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
If it hasn’t moved after 3 days, email us and we’ll look into it.
