ATTIHVERSE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at hello@attihverse.com— we may be able to update it before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it:
Check with your local carrier first
(Sometimes packages are mis-scanned, delivered to a neighbor, or held at the post office.)

Please note:
We cannot issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Replacement approval depends on the outcome of the carrier investigation and the specific situation.
