Because all items are made on demand, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Please use the size charts on each product page before purchasing.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will send a free replacement.

To submit a claim, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.


International Orders (Canada & UK)

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • VAT/duties

  • Any delivery delays caused by customs or local carriers

More countries will be added as we expand our shipping zones.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

  2. If the package is still missing, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Replacement eligibility depends on the situation and carrier investigation.
